1. How do I book a service?

All services must be booked online through our website. Simply choose your service, select a time, and complete checkout to secure your appointment.

2. Do I need to purchase a plan before booking?

Yes. All services require a plan to be purchased first. Each plan is tied to a specific service—including single-use options. Once your plan is purchased, you’ll book the service associated with that plan.

3. Why do I see multiple services when booking?

Our system displays all available services, but only the ones included in your plan will apply to your subscription. Selecting the correct service ensures your plan benefits are used properly.

 

4. What happens if I select the wrong service?

If you select a service not included in your plan, you’ll be prompted to purchase the appropriate plan before booking.

5. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled as long as changes are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are not permitted. In those cases, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly plans require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations may result in one final billing cycle.

7. Do you move or drive my RV?

No. Customers are responsible for operating their RV. We do not operate customer vehicles.

8. Do I need to be present during the service?

Yes. The owner or an authorized adult must be present during all services.

9. What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

10. When do I pay for my service?

Payment is required upfront when purchasing your plan on the website. All services must be paid for before booking—no payment is collected at the time of service.

11. How long do I have to use a prepaid service?

Single wash purchases must be booked within 30 days of purchase.

All prepaid bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused services after that period will expire.

Monthly plans remain active and can be used as long as the subscription is active. Once canceled, any remaining services or benefits will follow the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.

12. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In general, completed services and used plan benefits are non-refundable.

 

13. What’s included in an exterior wash?

Our exterior wash includes a full cleaning of the RV’s exterior surfaces. Add-ons such as roof cleaning and treatments are available for enhanced protection.

14. Do you offer add-on services?

Yes. We offer add-ons such as roof washing, UV protection treatments, and interior cleaning upgrades.

15. How long does a service take?

Service times vary based on the size of the RV and selected add-ons. Estimated durations are provided during booking.

 

16. Do I need an account to book?

Yes. An account is required to purchase a plan and book a service.

Creating an account also allows you to manage your bookings, track your subscriptions, and access your account details at any time.

17. How do I manage my bookings or subscription?

You can manage everything through your account dashboard, including Book Your Service, My Bookings, My Subscriptions, and Account Details.

18. How is my personal information used?

We respect your privacy. Your information is used only for booking, communication, and service delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
