This page outlines how bookings, services, and scheduling work at Randall’s R.V.
Booking & Payment
All services must be booked online through our website.
For one-time services, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Plan & Package Validity

Single Wash Packages: Must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase

Prepaid Bundles: Valid for 12 months from purchase date

Monthly Plans: Remain active until cancelled
Unused services do not roll over beyond their validity period.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly plans require 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in one final billing cycle.
For scheduled services, adequate notice is required to reschedule.
Late Arrivals
If arrival is 15 minutes late or more, the appointment may be rescheduled based on availability.
RV Access & Transportation
Customers are responsible for transporting their RV to and from the service location.
Randall’s R.V. does not move, transport, or operate customer vehicles.
Interior Cleaning Access
For interior cleaning services, the customer (or an authorized adult) must be present.
We do not enter RVs without supervision.
Service Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions

Heavily soiled units may require additional time or fees (approval will be obtained beforehand)

Access to water, power, or workspace may be required depending on service type
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate booking details

Ensuring the RV is accessible at the scheduled time

Removing personal or valuable items prior to service
