This page outlines how refunds work at Randall’s R.V.

One-Time Services

Payments for one-time services are non-refundable once booked.
Appointments may be rescheduled with proper notice.

Prepaid bundles are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed.
Cancellation requires 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Failure to appear, provide access, or be present (when required) may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
